I could trust them explicitly to follow through and knew that their decisions were always made with best interests of students and staff.<\/p>\n<p>I wonder how many of us have worked with leaders who have embodied <strong>all<\/strong> 5 principles of ethical leadership.<\/p>\n<p>I liked your question about what we know we <strong>don&#8217;t<\/strong> want in a leader based on our own experiences. \u00a0Being just and fair is really important to me as well for that very reason.
