Being in a medical field I have seen a very important use of technology is patient appointment and reminder, in that after first visit of patient their information is recorded in a software which stores their information, message them during their next appointment and also tells about the procedure they should be going through next appointment. All the bills and pending transactions can also be viewed from that source which is an effective means of customer interaction. &#8220;The role of technology to establish networks of relationships, inside and outside the firm&#8221; (Kandampully, Bilgihan, &amp; Tingting, 2016, p. 161).<\/p>\n<p>Inspired by the People-technology hybrid organizational model (Kandampully, Bilgihan, &amp; Tingting, 2016). I have thought of developing new plans that can help employee development in an organisation.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Accessibility of every employee to the head of department\u00a0 &#8211; There are many cases when workers are unable to interact with higher authorities and even if they are having any difficulties and are being exploited by lower authorities, they are unable to contact to the higher authorities. So, in context to that a complaint group over phone\u00a0 should be made or an email group where an employee can have a direct link with higher authorities.<\/li>\n<li>A customer satisfaction is the main demand an organisation want from their employee, customers should be able to make a feedback according to them regarding hospitality etc. for which a software could be made with the manager. So, that managers should be able to know about every employee and their work and the feedback can also help regarding promotion and if a customer felt any problem and was not satisfied, then it can also be improved further.<\/li>\n<li>A weekly session of every employee should be made where every employee provides feedback for other one, as one can tell more about other if both are working together on same project. So, these sessions can be very helpful and a feedback of one employee should not be accessible to other except the higher authorities to be prevented from internal disputes and can be done using technology by developing some software which an employee can operate though their smart phones even.<\/li>\n<li>Sometimes, in larger organisation, people at lower rank are unable to share their views and idea about different projects and in that context they started feeling themselves a step backwards. However, this can be improved as and when a project idea is being made, thoughts of each and every employee should be welcomed over a group like we chat or some other software, where they can share their ides and feel free which enhances their working environment and also may be better for project development.<\/li>\n<li>In many area of organisation I have observed the use of printed bills after purchasing any thing by customer and later on when customer misplaced the bill and demand for change of product or return it creates a chios and situation sometimes take a bad face. So, to avoid it messaging and mailing the bills can help in more efficient way. This not only increases\u00a0 customer satisfaction but also save huge amount of paper and can somewhat cut cost reduction and increase profit of an organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Rate card &#8211; This can be used by customer to rate the employee they interact with over the website in front of every employee&#8217;s name and can also be allowed to review their services which helps in creating more beneficial customer interaction using technology which develops people technology hybrid.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>As, mentioned in\u00a0(Kandampully, Bilgihan, &amp; Tingting, 2016, p. 155) &#8220;Innovation is one of the key factors to firm success (Ngo &amp; O&#8217;Cass, 2013), and the main driver of innovation is the creative minds of the people who make up organizations (Prahalad &amp; Ramaswamy, 2003).
