It was very insightful, and it seems as though you have a firm grasp on the subject at hand. TSL is something new for me, so I appreciate your insights.<\/p>\n<p>I want to respond to your concluding paragraph where you say, &#8220;A TSL should apply the same critical thinking skills they use in the development of people at the higher organizational level.&#8221; While I completely agree with it, I also find myself asking the question, &#8220;what if the wrong person is in the position?&#8221; What if the individual who, we think, should be a TSL isn&#8217;t, however, they&#8217;re in a position of power within the organization and can affect the lives of those in the organization? I don&#8217;t want to come across as cynical because I&#8217;m not &#8211; I&#8217;m just playing the devil&#8217;s advocate. I say this because we&#8217;re all fallible and fallen people, regardless of position.<\/p>\n<p>Again, I appreciate your thoughts and your insights and look forward to reading your other posts.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>See the original post here!
