The arguments followed a logical order and were easy to trace.

Before reading the critical thinking section, I often wondered about which perspective (Non-profit, Christian Ministry, Business etc.) your writing addressed. The second observation, motivated by my personal biases, concerned the little attention given to vision, mission, and values and their importance both from SL and TSL.

The blog mentioned, “continual growth and self-evaluation become an essential rhythm that is driven by a desire to serve others at the highest level possible rather than motivated by personal achievement.” (Boyder, 2018, Para. 9). Even though the argument bears an unrefutably truth, one cannot resist thinking of the biblical insight into the story of Mary and Martha in Luke 10: 38-42.
