{"id":288,"date":"2018-10-05T09:15:29","date_gmt":"2018-10-05T16:15:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/create.twu.ca\/hassan2020\/?p=288"},"modified":"2018-12-04T10:21:10","modified_gmt":"2018-12-04T18:21:10","slug":"synthesis-of-my-surveys","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/create.twu.ca\/hassan2020\/2018\/10\/05\/synthesis-of-my-surveys\/","title":{"rendered":"Synthesis of my Surveys"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The leadership surveys I&#8217;ve completed have revealed quite a lot about my own Traits, skills and style of leadership.<\/p>\n<p>My LTQ scores reveal that I&#8217;m fairly articulate, highly perceptive and\u00a0 self confident.\u00a0 My average LTQ score is 4.<\/p>\n<p>My skills inventory scores have revealed that my conceptual and human skills are way higher than my technical skills. And this has placed me in the top management level category.<\/p>\n<p>My style questionnaire scores have revealed that I am more relationship than task oriented in my leadership style.<\/p>\n<p>The surveys align mostly with my self conception. I&#8217;m however desirous for my team to score me so that I don&#8217;t measure myself more highly than i ought. We can have blind spots sometimes.<\/p>\n<p>I am challenged to balance areas like my technical skill and also be more task oriented in my style of leadership because ultimately, serving the vision of the organization is paramount<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The leadership surveys I&#8217;ve completed have revealed quite a lot about my own Traits, skills and style of leadership.
