I think it is always eye-opening to hear how you are perceived and interpreted by others. I never thought of myself as someone possessing leadership qualities. In doing this activity and receiving feedback from my siblings and parents I learned they saw my leadership potential before I did.<\/p>\n<p>Next, I completed the Skills Inventory. The results just reaffirmed what I already know about myself my human and conceptual skills are much higher than my technical skills. In all the leadership courses and surveys, one of my top strengths has always come out as futuristic.<\/p>\n<p>The last survey was the style questionnaire.\u00a0 I really enjoyed this one.\u00a0 I was positive my task score would be higher than my relational score. When at work and I am given any task, I work hard to get it done. We run on efficiencies in a fast-paced environment. I pride myself on thinking fast on my feet and being a problem solver. So, I was shocked when my relational score was higher than my task score.
