I found that fascinating. Did you have another governing body that did HR type tasks? I agree with you that cultivating strong relationships, is vital to having a happy work environment. I recently read an article about how friends having improves our productivity.\u00a0 When the culture is supportive, and they are encouraged they will try harder.<\/p>\n<p>Organizations are a business first and foremost. The main goal is to make money, however not at the expense of the employee\u2019s mental health and well being. I have worked in organizations large and small and have felt the pressure of financial stress on an organization. Employees need to be listened to and feel heard. Communication is the most important when going through an organizational renewal. Get people on board, create buy-in and foster hope in things to come. Give employees something to look forward too.<\/p>\n<p>Kunal have you considered a reward type system in your current place of work? What kind of culture are you currently experiencing? Is there a way you could easily facilitate the changes you want to make?
