In my line of work, we strive for repetition. When working with multiple different unions and unionized employees, it is essential that we are consistent with our messaging that we are sending out. I appreciate your suggestion of monthly educational sessions. I do think that would be helpful although logistically\u00a0trying to plan it for many staff on rotational shifts could create a considerable challenge. However, I do think it would be in our best interest to take a cue from you and facilitate this type of program for our staff.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you for the suggestion of the Claassen and Claassen materials for conflict resolution. I will definitely look into this as it is an area I am trying to improve on. I like you view conflict as an opportunity\u00a0for growth, as it is usually a warning sign things are not going the right direction. How has this respect agreement worked for you? has there been any negative feedback or are staff members willing to adhere to this process? Do you have them sign this agreement?
