I am glad that you and your colleagues have been able to create a positive and supportive community. I much like you work with a large team of mostly women, in the healthcare field so I can relate to your words.\u00a0 I think when we share our experiences with each other good and bad, it creates a stronger bond within the team. \u00a0Your idea of one on ones with the leader is a fantastic idea. We do these monthly and I quite enjoy them. Having these meetings give you a first-hand account of the ongoing with the rest of the team. It is also a chance to give a performance appraisal and conduct coaching if needed.
