I like you was shocked to see my results on the Gender-Leader-Implicit-Association Test. I believe you are right in our society all day every day we are receiving subliminal messages through digital and online marketing to articles. I feel that each and every one\u00a0of us has a role to play in Gender Implicit Bias. When we see negative behavior\u00a0and language that supports this bias we need to correct it. Part of correcting unwanted behaviors and thought patterns is through education. As I went through this I realized not only do I need to educate my staff but I myself need more education on the subject.<\/p>\n<p>Do you think part of the problem may be to do with not enough leaders are suggesting overly qualified female candidates for leadership roles? Do you know how we create an effective inclusive diversity strategy within an organization?
