During this week we will be thinking critically about, well, critical thinking! Critical thinking is an essential part of graduate education — as you move forward on the journey of thinking like a scholar. You will continue to be challenged to read,\u00a0think, and write\u00a0critically\u00a0throughout each of the courses in MA LEAD.<\/p>\n
By Sunday, be sure to post the first version of your Critical Thinking paper for peer review in the LDRS 500 course room in Moodle. In Moodle, you will find a rubric to use as you write your paper — and as you provide a peer review for one other student. Your feedback is important to them!<\/p>\n
The Critical Thinking\u00a0paper will be your first\u00a0paper written in\u00a0formal academic format in this course. Be sure to follow APA formatting (title page, running head, citations, etc.).\u00a0Your paper will need to\u00a0incorporate specific “critical thinking strategies? identified in the resources in the assignment guidelines. For example, this article on criticalthinking.org (found at: http:\/\/www.criticalthinking.org\/pages\/becoming-a-critic-of-your-thinking\/478)
\noutlines specific critical thinking strategies. You’ll find similar strategies discussed in the videos and other resources listed here in the course hub.<\/p>\n
