{"id":4378,"date":"2018-10-07T09:15:02","date_gmt":"2018-10-07T16:15:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/create.twu.ca\/ldrs501\/?p=4378"},"modified":"2020-02-24T17:44:32","modified_gmt":"2020-02-25T01:44:32","slug":"update-blog-1-week-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/create.twu.ca\/ldrs501\/2018\/10\/07\/update-blog-1-week-2\/","title":{"rendered":"UPDATE: BLOG 1 &#8211; WEEK 2"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>PLEASE USE THESE GUIDELINES FOR BLOG1 &#8211; WEEK 2<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Post 1 \u2013 Week 2<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nThe posting pattern for online discussion will use a compacted online posting pattern:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Posts are limited to a <strong>three post maximum<\/strong> per Discussion Week.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Starter posts in Week 2 are limited to the following posting pattern:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>All posts<\/strong> will require a <em>substantive response<\/em>* to <strong>ALL<\/strong> questions asked in the question (Three [3] for Week 2]) in the following pattern.<\/li>\n<li><strong>First posting<\/strong> is limited to <strong>ONE<\/strong> member from each team <em>(as decided by team members)<\/em> of the cohort posting a substantive response to the questions posed AFTER 6 am Week 2 \u2013 Day 2.\n<ul>\n<li><em>i.e. 1 post leader only from Education Team 1, 2, Health care team 1, 2, Business team 1, 2, Nonprofit team 1, 2 and the Christian Ministry Team.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Post Leaders<\/strong> will also <strong>add an identifier<\/strong> regarding the team they represent in the title of their post.\n<ul>\n<li><em>i.e. Servant and Strategic Leadership Tools ET1 (ET1 for Education Team 1), ET2, HC 1, 2, BT 1, 2, NP 1, 2 and CM as it relates to the team you belong to.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Post 1 \u2013 Week 2 \u2013 Post Leaders<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>First posters become the post leaders for the week<\/strong> and must post their first response to the questions posed fully and completely <strong>by 23:59:59 of Week 2 \u2013 Day 2<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Post leaders<\/strong> will post <em>one substantive response<\/em>* in responding to posts from other cohort members to their First Post to the question for Week 2 by <strong>Day 4 @ 23:59:59 of Week 2<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Post leaders<\/strong> will also post <em>one substantive response<\/em>* to <strong>one other Post leader thread<\/strong> outside their own by the <strong>23:59:59 on Day 6 of Week 2<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Post 1 \u2013 Week 2 \u2013 All Other Posts For Week 2<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>All other cohort posts<\/strong> for Week 2 will provide a <em>substantive response<\/em>* to <strong>1 post leader and 2 other posts from cohort members<\/strong> <em>(3 posts total)<\/em> <strong>between Week 2 \u2013 Day 3 @ 23:59:59 and Week 2 Day 7 @ 23:59:59.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Post Responses<\/strong> will also<strong> identify the post<\/strong> they are responding to <strong>by adding an identifier<\/strong> regarding the post they are responding to <strong>in the title<\/strong> of their post.\n<ul>\n<li><em>i.e. My View of\u00a0 Servant and Strategic Leadership Tools ET1 (ET1 for Education Team 1), ET2, HC 1, 2, BT 1, 2, NP 1, 2 and CM as it relates to the team you respond to.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Posts for specific areas<\/strong> are <strong>separated by Business &amp; Non-Profit OR Health &amp; Education<\/strong> as indicated by the categories below.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>If you are Education or Health Care Streams<\/strong> DO NOT USE the Business &amp; Non-Profit category for your posts.\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>Education and Health Care will interact in a separate environment<\/strong><\/em> from Business, NonProfit or Christian Ministry Streams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>If you are Business, NonProfit or Christian Ministry Streams DO NOT USE the Health &amp; Education category for your posts.<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>Business, NonProfit or Christian Ministry Streams will interact in a separate environment<\/strong><\/em> from\u00a0 Education and Health Care.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Categories for this post:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>(Please use all categories plus your Stream identification related to your Stream and post accurately.
