It is true that the development of people is often got ignored while regulating strategic direction for an organization. I have seen that in my country and leaders seek people\u2019s help rather than serving the people. I think it is really hard to change their perspectives regarding TSL. TSL is the combination of Transformational Leadership and servant leadership. They both have one primary focus for their followers. TSL motivates their followers with their charisma to attain a common goal. They inspire them and serve as a role model.<\/p>\n<p>Transformational servant leadership gives specific attention to how people are valued and empowered while also creating shared decision-making responsibility and authority over policy, program, and delivery systems, contributing to optimal organizational performance outcomes or results (Imbenzi, Williaume, &amp; Page, 2013).<\/p>\n<p>When a goal is shared between TSL and their followers, they work together to attain that goal. They learn and share their knowledge, listen, communicate independently, build trust, help each other to grow and learn new skills according to the changes in the organization and all these are part of the strategic process.<\/p>\n<p>I really wish to see TSL being practiced in my country where people can also grow with the growth of the organization.<\/p>\n<p>References:<\/p>\n<p>Imbenzi, G., Williaume, D. &amp; Page, D.
