I agree with you on your submission that the combination of TSL and strategic leadership is an unstoppable force if used wisely. It made me wonder in which way can a leader be a transformational servant leader but not a strategic leader, or maybe a strategic leader but not a transformational servant leader. How will a leader effectively transform his followers without enacting strategic leadership? According to Huges et al, 2014, Individual enact strategic leadership when they create direction, alignment, and commitment. I see this three key strategic factors as an attribute of TSL. Strategic Leadership and TLS are not only combined, but they also facilitate effective followers transformation progress.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, to create a business strategy and sustain a business effectively, Huges et al, 2014 submit that no single person can do what is needed to achieve the enduring performance potential of the organisation.
