It&#8217;s an important point for those who are in charge of organizations and think they&#8217;re perfect and make no mistakes. So you mentioned a good point in determining our weak points to better understand ourselves for serving people.<\/p>\n<p>The point that does not stand out here is this sentence&#8221;\u00a0 As the desire is to move people into a greater awareness and understanding of what is capable, it is necessary to focus on the possibilities rather than problems to be solved.&#8221; What do you mean by possibilities? The possibility of what? Facing problems is a possibility, don&#8217;t you think so? Please clarify what you mean by possibilities.<\/p>\n<p>The other point is that, of course, this is my idea and understanding of your post, in what ways a leader can move and trigger awareness and understanding? I believe it&#8217;s the matter of how that counts not the matter of what. Everybody may know about whats, but everybody doesn&#8217;t necessarily know about hows. I&#8217;m looking forward to hearing more from you.
