The immediate demand of a leader involving servant leadership qualities is quite necessary. The point you mentioned about employee fulfillment\u00a0is so true and apt. Being an employee, I myself experienced\u00a0the same aspect of life that when my demands were listened and heard I was able to work more efficiently. To add to this, every individual in an organization should be given a responsibility and make them realize that without them it would not be possible to get that job done. With this approach, it might be possible that employee feel an important\u00a0part of the organization and it will also help to boost their confidence and working efficiency.<\/p>\n

In the medical field, it is very important to involve critical thinking involving strategic\u00a0leadership. As cited by Huges et al (2014) “Strategic influence is how leaders engender commitment to the organization’s strategic direction and learning. It is absolutely essential to sustaining competitive advantage in contemporary organizations” (p. 123). At multiple occasions, lateral thinking became a necessity for a health worker which originates from critical thinking. As stated in Wafa’s Blog “\u2026 critical thinking is about taking a step back and thinking logically and carefully about the information and evidence you have, rather than believing and acting on everything you read, see and hear. (Aveyard, Woolliams, & Sharp, p. 7; as cited on LDRS 501-Strategic Leadership, 2018).<\/p>\n
For practicing Transformational Servant Leadership along with Strategic Leadership it is necessary for a leader to be motivated, understands the ability of employees and should work in context. also, a leader should be self-aware of his limitations and abilities.<\/p>\n
