In my belief swopping might stands to be more beneficial than ever. It is essential for every employee working in an environment to understand what is the real value of other person working for the organization without pinpointing everytime he/she made a mistake. Years before I watched a Bollywood movie where a common man was asked to become chief minister of state for a day to make him understand that it is not an easy job to be a leader. He suffered at a lot in the prospect of public disgrace, harassment etc. However, in the end, the common man managed and proved to be a better leader. But he also learned that it is necessary to make tough calls. The conclusion of that movie stated that it is always an easy step to make comments on what other’s are doing rather than appreciating the situations they have to undergo. Below is the link to short clips from the movie that is an excellent example of what does swapping positions mean.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CRAzEHCGPm8

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wvpF1bxg3i8

Leadership is not just a cherry on a cake, it came with a lot of responsibilities. One of which including abiding the team in every harsh condition. To leader in an organization, one has to make tough decisions, decisions which can make more enemies but still for the betterment of the organization. It involves proper execution of plan at every step in the process of development.

References:

Shankar, S.
