As\u00a0stated in Lepsinger (2010) “Cooperation may be our natural inclination, but it is much more fragile than competition”(p.24). The introduction of having conflicts within the organization\u00a0is just like living with the heart having high cholesterol\u00a0levels, which may give you heart attack anytime. Same, as with the organization, if the conflict is not resolved, it could lead to collapsing of the whole organization. So, this is a sensitive issue to deal with it.<\/p>\n
In my opinion, one of the conflicts presented in your blog can be resolved by having group meetings on a weekly basis, gathering everyone and having a healthy conversation. Teaching everyone the agenda of having the same goals even with different job perspectives. (2008) ”\u00a0The home health care environment differs from hospitals and other institutional environments where nurses work. For example, home health care nurses work alone in the field with support resources available from a central office”. I believe that if home\u00a0care also starts working with hospital care facilities, there would be better grounds for concern and care. As it leads to the immediate availability of resources and better patient care.<\/p>\n I’m working in an organization in the administration department where one employee is dependent on other regarding the status of payment collection.\u00a0The reason is less output and use of the available time. If one of the employees is slow in working it affects the whole upper collection branch which is the reason\u00a0for the generation of internal conflicts. The conflicts appear as due to that person everyone has to answer to the higher authorities of why our work is lagging.\u00a0One the possible solution that I propose would be proper training and counseling them. It allows them to understand what is the actual importance of their work and how they are lagging in making minor errors.
