In the past year our MA Lead program has grown by at least 30%, maybe more. This is great!\u00a0 It&#8217;s also a challenge for instructors to keep quality standards and nurture community.<\/p>\n<p>At TWU where we aim to inspire hearts and minds, our community is very important.\u00a0 These are the questions I am thinking about as I begin this Orientation to Digital Learning:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In terms of the skills I am trying to develop, what kinds of interaction will be most useful?
