This suggests that the way I perceive of my self-assurance trait is very slightly different from others.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Style<\/strong><br \/>\nMy individual scores were 29 for human skills, 28 for technical skills, and 26 for conceptual skills. This suggests that I might be better suited for human and technical levels of management.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Behavioural<\/strong><br \/>\nI scored 40 for task behaviours and 47 for relationship behaviours. This suggests that as a leader, I am more relationship-oriented than I am task-oriented.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><br \/>\nI do not have any new information or revelations to consider.
