Thanks for the overview in activity 3. I am not sure if you are in the medical field, but from the writing I, sense you are. I love the layout of the work as it gave me some clear ideas has to how best implement some of the plans I have to create organizational citizenship.<\/p>\n
As I read through, I was looking for more \u2013 the implementation of this in relation to a staff as opposed to the general organization. I didn\u2019t see where this was transferable to a staff as it took more of an approach to the organization strategy to provide a way of creating citizenship for the employees instead of an employee role. So, where areas of commitment, or self-assessment were suggested by Rockwell (2017), we would not be able to assess the individual employee as there is no plan in place.<\/p>\n
Is it possible that you could break down these suggestions into smaller piece and therefore assign to each staff a portion so that this will form a part of their work plan with the aim of using their creativity based on consultation from them. This will allow employees to receive the right motivation to take on challenges and opportunities, going beyond their job tasks to create memorable \u201cmoments of truth\u201d for customers (Kandamully, Bilgihan & Zhang, 2016, p. 156). These memorable moments would lead to the creation of the video streaming in the office of the customer\u2019s success story.<\/p>\n
