I found it intersting as you&#8217;re required to work with limited staff in oderto get the task and job completed.<\/p>\n<p>I find that as a tranformational leader it becomes our responsibility to ensure there is a clear vision of the future, which captures the image of attractive, realistic and believebale goals (Northouse, 2019, pg. 175). So while you implement the servant leadership component with the desire to empower them, and help them develop their full personal capacities (pg. 227). Continue to create a space where shared or distributed leadership can floursh and the team benefits when a member assumes the role of influencer to which maximization is done and the full effectiveness of the team is seen as performance level is achieved.<\/p>\n<p>My encouragement to you is from the author John Maxwell (1999), who said, &#8220;Courage in a leader inspires commitment from followers&#8221; (pg. 41)<\/p>\n<h3>Reference<\/h3>\n<p>Maxwell, J.
