I find that empathy, Listening, and persuasion are the three that will be the most challenging for me,<\/p>\n<p>After careful assessment of the ten and now these three, persuasion is the most challenging for me. I never thought about persuading people. I just felt that being myself and telling the truth was good enough. But this became more concrete in the subconscious as I started engaging the word of God more. Through scripture, you don\u2019t see much persuasion happening. It was either or and the or was not good.
