Leaders take advantage of their position and think about their benefits rather than serving the public. Focus on people development is what brings out the best skills and qualities of people that contribute in the success of organizations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">High ordered thinking and analysis is important benefit in constantly changing and complex environment.
