For the development of any business critical thinking is really important to plan strategies. Vision acts as a goal where an organization wants to reach and TSL inspires team members with his charisma to follow the vision.<\/p>\n<p>You described TSL and strategic leadership as combined is the ideal leadership technique. As mentioned \u00a0by Ungerer , Ungerer, &amp; Herholdt (2016) Strategy and leadership cannot be separated.
