We need the experience to cultivate practical wisdom. Experience is the key.<\/p>\n<p>The notion of what is right or wrong, and wisdom; the experience is key for practical wisdom. Experience comes from doing something repeatedly, learning from mistakes, making critical decisions and honing our skills to be able to do the \u201cright thing\u201d under the circumstances in a specific situation. Life is not black and white. To be able to meet the needs of an individual or particular group, we need to understand and able to recognize another person perspective and their unique circumstances to be able to offer the optimal course of action for them. \u00a0Practical wisdom is the path to realize our potential and create happiness.
