Team-leaders who have the interest in servant leadership approach, they invest in their\u00a0<em>members&#8217; growth;<\/em>\u00a0and influence career developments through \u201cmodeling, team building, and open decision-making\u201d (Page &amp; Wong, 2000, p.72).\u00a0Regarding, environment, leaders should be able to realize the importance of the environment surrounding their team;.
