Thinking of \u201cactivities concerning the future,\u201d it links to increase awareness to surroundings. Regarding foresight, foresight encompasses within servant leader\u2019s ability to know the future. So, its ability to predict based on what is occurring in the present and what has happened in the past (Northouse, 2016). The ability of a leader to be a visionary (Northouse, 2016) for the organization, always relates to the knowledge\u00a0and strength of solving problem, learn from failures, and considering the environment that influences any decisions- I think- it will enable the leaders to predict the future.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reference<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Northouse, P.
