He drew attention to the fact that the development of people working at the church&#8212;whether staff or volunteers&#8212;is extremely important because it impacts the ability of the church to deliver its message.\u00a0 When I read this post I wondered if Daniel has noticed a difference in how open people are towards change and personal development if they are volunteers vs church staff?
