Synthesis of my Surveys

The leadership surveys I’ve completed have revealed quite a lot about my own Traits, skills and style of leadership.

My LTQ scores reveal that I’m fairly articulate, highly perceptive and  self confident.  My average LTQ score is 4.

My skills inventory scores have revealed that my conceptual and human skills are way higher than my technical skills. And this has placed me in the top management level category.

My style questionnaire scores have revealed that I am more relationship than task oriented in my leadership style.

The surveys align mostly with my self conception. I’m however desirous for my team to score me so that I don’t measure myself more highly than i ought. We can have blind spots sometimes.

I am challenged to balance areas like my technical skill and also be more task oriented in my style of leadership because ultimately, serving the vision of the organization is paramount
