Self-testing

SELF-TESTING:

You seek to understand the information you have learned. You actively monitor your grasp of your learning and activate ways to learn and study key concepts.

THIS SKILL IS GOOD TO PRIORITIZE IF…

You find it hard to remember what you studied.

You rarely review the material you have studied except just before tests.

When you think about tests you get super stressed so you avoid it.

You only think of tests when it comes to formal exams.
