Born amidst the vibrant culture and natural beauty of Jamaica, Santrice embodies the spirit of perseverance and passion. She views success not as a destination, but as a journey fueled by dedication and purpose. She brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to the table, underpinned by her academic achievements. She is currently pursuing her Master in Leadership at Trinity Western University, building on her Master of Business Administration. She has spent over a decade in Human Resources, where she designed and facilitated several training and mentorship programs. As a servant leader with a collaborative spirit, Santrice is passionate about empowering individuals and organizations to reach their full potential. She enjoys going to the gym and networking.
