Learning comes about not just from doing, but also from thinking about what we do. Often we go through our day to day life without spending too much time “processing” our experiences. This is not a bad thing, since much of what we do throughout the day is routine and it may not hold a lot of meaningful learning. However, here you are at the end of the MA Leadership program. We would love for you to “process” your experiences on your leadership journey. The purpose of this assignment then is for you to share how your experiences in the MA Leadership program will shape you towards your future endeavours.
