This quote totally describes me. A life full of struggles but the thought of moving on and on keep me moving every day of my life. Every day is different and so the people we met, we learn from our mistakes, from other’s mistakes, and from other’s achievements.

Hello everyone, My name is Kunal Singla. I’m 24 years old and completed my graduation in Bachelors of dental surgery. I am basically from the northern region of India. I’m a person who understands other’s feelings and emotions in no time. I’m an emotional person and an introvert too. I feel myself to be very uncomfortable to speak in a large group of unknown people on which I’m working on myself. I started the leadership program in may of this year and found it one of the best program for me. I have taken ldrs500 and ldrs591 and is very much excited to learn more in ldrs500 with all of you.

I’m a very socialized person not only in terms of charity but I believe to involve myself in the welfare of society. I was enrolled in an Indian Colgate oral health program in the year 2017 for the whole year with my college. According to this program, we have to go to nearby villages to teach students and people who are suffering from poverty and don’t have any money to but even a toothpaste. I feel my life going strategically taking every step without missing one. While volunteering the program I feel myself emerging as a leader teaching my colleagues and motivating them. This is the best thing till now I felt myself to be internally satisfied.

I’m a dreamer and I admit it. I used to think a lot about my future and spend a lot of time which I shouldn’t be doing rather start focusing on what is to be done next. I know this fact but unable to stop myself sometimes from dreaming all the time.

  1. Hi Kunal! Thanks for sharing. I didn’t know you were a visionary type of person! That’s pretty cool…I often get stuck in the mud with day to day details. But the world definitely needs visionary leaders. Glad that we can be in another class together!

  2. Hi Kunal,

Thanks for sharing with us some of your inmost thoughts! I have appreciated working with you in the various group work we were involved in during the LDRS 591 course. Your ability to share your insights, bring up great ideas, and jump right in to help the group achieve its goals was very much noticed and appreciated by me.

I trust you will gain much insight into the values and reasons behind strategic leadership and that you will find some really effective ways to implement these things in your professional life.

  3. Hello Kunal! I feel related being connected to emotions, but I’m on the extrovert side haha. Thank you for sharing vulnerably about your struggles and overcoming obstacles!
