A very thoughtful post you have here, I enjoyed reading from you. I also appreciate your effort in clearly picking out this key points. I totally agree with you on Transformational servant leadership and strategic direction, and I picked your word that “people will be the engine to move strategies forward”(Boyder 2018). A TSL needs to be an inclusive leader, in order to do things with people rather than to people. Huges et al,2014 also submitted that the heart of leadership is engaging others to create shared direction, alignment, and commitment. Likewise, people are committed when they know their contribution to the needs of the organization is welcomed.
In Addition to your submission on TSL and Critical thinking. In TSL, a leader making critical thinking his or her regular thinking will assist the leader to locate boundaries in order to strategies and also be able to transform the lives of the followers.
