Week 7 Instructor Update!

Welcome to Week 7!

Post 7.1 – Day 1-6 of Week 7.

This week we move back to individual posting patterns with post leaders beginning the posting on Monday and the remainder of the cohort posting from responses to the post leader and others between Tuesday (00:01:00) and Saturday (23:59:59).

One difference:

Post leaders for this week cannot be post leaders from Week 2 and 3 BLOG posts.

This allows everyone to participate as post leaders throughout the posting weeks of the course.

Posting Structures

Team Assignment 2 (Unit 7 Activities – Team Assignment 2) is due this week (Day 7 of Week 7 @ 23:59:59 in the PressBooks environment).

Strategic Leadership Team Project (15%) – Strategic Directions – Sustain, Delete, Rethink and Add-Innovate

Submission for Team Assignment 2 will be in the SWOT – Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats section of the PressBooks environment, specifically placed in the area of your team’s specific focus (Education, Health Care, Business, NonProfit or Christian Ministry).

One team in LDRS 501A submitted the organizational consent form required for SWOT interviews for Team Assignment 2. One team declared intent to continue Team Assignment 2 without requiring interviews from an existing organization. Two teams have not submitted consent forms for conducting interviews for Team Assignment 2.

If you assess theoretical organizations for Team Assignment 2, you do not need to submit consent forms.

If a team interviews anyone from an organization for Team Assignment 2, before consent and signatures are submitted, the information cannot be used for Team Assignment 2.
