My conversation with Sehajpreet Sidhu’s goals and personal development

In this blog post, I would be sharing the conversation I had with Sehajpreet Sidhu about her goals and personal development.

It was quite an engaging, inspiring and fun-filled discussion, especially as I realized that I and Sehajpreet Sidhu share similar interests in our life goals and personal philosophies. She is a goal-oriented and a very creative person who is truly passionate about serving and supporting people as best as she can. She aims to be the best at whatever she does and enjoys self-development via reading wide, interacting with people and attending events where her leadership capabilities could be further strengthened.

Sehajpreet Sidhu performs at her best when she is able to influence people positively. An example of this occurred when she found herself encouraging people who suffered from anxiety and depression. Both anxiety and depression are ailments which many people suffer from quietly and she does find great joy in being able to lend a supporting hand. In five years, she hopes to become a professional administrator and entrepreneur. Her idealized future is to serve people through companies she establishes. To get there, she hopes to first successfully complete the leadership course which would provide the foundation she needs to leverage on. Afterward, she hopes to acquire more work experience and ultimately, establish organizations through which she could also become a servant leader in the truest sense of the word.
