Hi Ingrid, my consideration leads me to believe that even my country prioritize hierarchy to implement servant leadership. Leaders take advantage of their position and think about their benefits rather than serving the public. TSL is about serving people, and not asking people to help me.

   I agree with your response to Emmanuel’s post about the benefits of keeping SL as a central focus. Focus on people development is what brings out the best skills and qualities of people that contribute in the success of organizations.

High ordered thinking and analysis is important benefit in constantly changing and complex environment. The VUCA environment, which represents features of Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity (Ungerer , Ungerer, & Herholdt, 2016), requires innovative and critical thinking skills to understand this changing environment.

  1. A good overview response to Ingrid, but examples of what you mean can deepen and bring real time examples to your posts.

    Work on going deeper and using examples in your topical address of materials in your posts.
