Hi Shaaz, you have addressed vision, stewardship, trust and self-awareness as the principles of critical thinking. For the development of any business critical thinking is really important to plan strategies. Vision acts as a goal where an organization wants to reach and TSL inspires team members with his charisma to follow the vision.
You described TSL and strategic leadership as combined is the ideal leadership technique. As mentioned by Ungerer , Ungerer, & Herholdt (2016) Strategy and leadership cannot be separated. Strategic planning is important to foresee all the possible changes, hurdles and, challenges to ensure a smooth flow of the organisation.
Strategic leadership is the capacity to anticipate change and envision strategies, whilst maintaining flexibility and empowering others to create and sustain strategic momentum to ensure a flourishing organisation benefiting a variety of stakeholders.( Ungerer et al., p.27).

I agree with your response to Emmanuel’s post about the benefits of keeping SL as a central focus. Focus on people development is what brings out the best skills and qualities of people that contribute in the success of organizations.
