An interview on video call at gmail with Lara Lacroix
Lara is a teacher, I’m glad to have an interview with her. Being a teacher is her dream from the very beginning of her life to be precise since, she was 5 years old. She got inspired by her teachers as how well they treat, how they communicate, how they build a sense of confidence in kids. She has all the qualities a teacher should have regarding people relationship building skills, building a bond of communication with kids, parents and community. Making a bond is most necessary requirement for a teacher because it takes years of experience to get this skill which she really earned in her life. She was graduated in sales and marketing but as she had her goal of becoming a teacher and she really achieved it. she is having a three year plan of becoming a principal where she sees herself in future and her final goal of achievement. It was two years back when she presented herself at international conference talking about kids, how to manage them, educate them, what matters to kids, how to engage them etc. and this was the moment she found herself as best presented herself because it was far from her home country and describing thoughts in front of such large audience whom you never met is truly outstanding and she also find herself best in the things she can do comfortably but the worst thing she found for her is in a job interview as she do not like talking about herself and found herself with lack of confidence which is working on to learn. She do not like people commenting bad thoughts but yeah she always welcome feed backs whether good or bad, it is a way to improve yourself.
After talking to Lara I felt so inspired about goal achievement, it was very beginning of her life when she decided to be a teacher and with more experience and exploring world the goal may change but the courage she have and the strength of fulfilling her dreams make me more firm about my goals and dreams. I am able to see that how a leader works by talking to her, being a teacher she has gained more leadership skills but enhancing them for more is what inspires me too.
