Inspire change – one frame at a time.
Frame It Forward is a video contest that celebrates creativity, storytelling, and the power of positive change. We are inviting high school students across British Columbia to share short videos that show how they see and create good in the world around them.
Whether it’s a story about kindness, community, or anything in between, your perspective matters. Grab your camera, and show us how you’re framing the world forward.

Sponsored by the School of the Arts, Media and Culture (SAMC) and the Media + Communication (MCOM) program at Trinity Western University, Frame it Forward encourages young storytellers to use film as a tool for impact. This contest gives high school students the chance to share their creative voice, gain recognition, and inspire others through visual storytelling.
