- Check to make sure your video meets the guidelines
- Fill out the forms below; Submission Form, Release Form
- Upload your video to the Drop Box (video MUST be name STUDENTFULLNAME_TITLE.filetype)
You will receive a confirmation email once you have successfully submitted your video.
