    Hi Doug,

Just to clarify, all of our posts/responses must be done in response to another post (Except for the Post Leader’s original post) and also include our answers for the three questions? So we are basically having a conversation about these three topics. Reading someone’s perspective, responding to that perspective and sharing our own. Is that the correct way to think of this?

Where are the questions for our Blog post?

According to the itinerary Blog 2 is due October 21.

Blog 1 was our introduction. Is this correct? Not sure why this says Post 1-week 2? What is the difference between a post and a blog?

I am wondering if there is a way to simplify all of these steps? These instructions are similar to reading a math equation. I need really clear and precise information in order for me to meet the correct deadlines.

I am really lost trying to determine what day I need to post something by. It would be much simpler, if , like in previous LDRS courses, we know that we should post a substantive response to questions by Wednesday and then respond to at least three other postings from Wednesday to Saturday every week. Very simple.
It also sounds like the first person from each group who responds first has more work to do? Is this correct??

Where are the questions for our Blog post? in week 2 – BLOG post 2.1

According to the itinerary Blog 2 is due October 21.- BLOG post 2.1 is the Week 2 BLOG as it appears under Week 2.

Blog 1 was our introduction. Is this correct? No. The introduction is the introduction. Not sure why this says Post 1-week 2? What is the difference between a post and a blog?- same thing

I am wondering if there is a way to simplify all of these steps? These instructions are similar to reading a math equation. I need really clear and precise information in order for me to meet the correct deadlines.- 1 post leader per team – all other team members respond to posts in their section (Education/HealthCare for you).

I am really lost trying to determine what day I need to post something by. It would be much simpler, if , like in previous LDRS courses, we know that we should post a substantive response to questions by Wednesday and then respond to at least three other postings from Wednesday to Saturday every week. Very simple.- if this were other courses I would agree, but this is a strategic leadership course and developing strategic responses and process is part of the learning. Higher order critical thinking is necessary to increase learning for students to grasp the larger concepts at the highest level.
It also sounds like the first person from each group who responds first has more work to do? Is this correct??- Yes. Versus everyone saying the same thing and no learning occurring only answering questions. The BLOG is a conversation, not an academic response to questions.

      Hope this helps.
