BLOG 1 Clarification

I received an email this morning regarding the BLOG requirements for this week. I am sharing the questions for your information and clarification as well.

1. Only the Post Leader is responsible for answering all three questions this first round. – Yes
2. They then need to do two substantive responses which cover the three questions. – No. two substantive responses – Yes which cover the three questions – No – which respond to the other post – if you cover the three questions that is your choice in your response – similar to a conversation, you do not respond to a person point by point; unless it is a heated conversation – in this conversation you are responding to the information people share and latching on to material you want to add to the conversation – if everyone adds wrote responses to every question we will not get any new thoughts or insight, simply answers to questions and learning can turn to tedium.
3. Everyone else in my BT1 does three substantive responses this week. – Yes
4. While the Post Leader may be doing “more work” because of the initial post, we will all get a turn at being the Post Leader. – Yes
5. Day 2 is Tuesday? (I think this really is causing confusion). – the reason Day 2 is the  start day is due to the Thanksgiving Holiday, but people are free to post today if they wish. The suggestion simply allows people to have a less pressured time over the holiday.
6. Our responses are done in the comments section? – No. Responses are done in the BLOG otherwise no one will be able to see them except the post leaders. Hence the need to identify who you are responding to and which Team you are responding to.
