Appreciate your insight and devil’s advocacy, but is the observation valuable without observable suggestions to address those issues you raise?
What do you do when the wrong person is in the position?
What are your options if they’re in a position of power within the organization and can affect the lives of those in the organization?
What steps and process do you suggest for reducing the likelihood of this happening?
Questions can be easy. Providing insight into what you believe are answers to the questions raised helps us all learn. I’d encourage you to go deeper with your posts and pressing the point to provide substantive responses with solutions for the questions you raise.
