I agree with you that critical thinking is an essential factor for strategic leadership. Critical thinking applies to all walks of life as such. Critical thinking will enable a leader or a person to see the future. I agree with all your information and the characteristics to which you referred from Dr. Atha. TSL in all domains of life or work should inspire and be inspired by followers. I think it would be better if you had addressed the challenges a TSL faces in communities because serving and leading at the same time in some cases is problematic and gives rises to clashes and challenges in the settings.

For TSLs, being a man of character matters because not so many people behave reasonably and well when they are in power.  Overall, I enjoyed your text. It’s incredibly impressive that you mentioned some aspects of servant leadership that I’d never noticed before.
