response to the perspective on the influence of TSL on the strategic leadership. Boyder
I like your post, and It contains lots of information. I liked your sentence about personal leadership that you say a leader should understand his weakness and strength to develop not only himself but also the followers. It’s an important point for those who are in charge of organizations and think they’re perfect and make no mistakes. So you mentioned a good point in determining our weak points to better understand ourselves for serving people.
The point that does not stand out here is this sentence” As the desire is to move people into a greater awareness and understanding of what is capable, it is necessary to focus on the possibilities rather than problems to be solved.” What do you mean by possibilities? The possibility of what? Facing problems is a possibility, don’t you think so? Please clarify what you mean by possibilities.
The other point is that, of course, this is my idea and understanding of your post, in what ways a leader can move and trigger awareness and understanding? I believe it’s the matter of how that counts not the matter of what. Everybody may know about whats, but everybody doesn’t necessarily know about hows. I’m looking forward to hearing more from you. Thanks for sharing your ideas
