The following is my synthesis of the assessment results from the trait, style and behavioural leadership questionnaires obtained from Northouse (2016):

Traits
My personal ratings were extremely close to the average rating of others for all traits except self-assurance where the average was 4, and my personal was 5. This suggests that the way I perceive of my self-assurance trait is very slightly different from others.

Style
My individual scores were 29 for human skills, 28 for technical skills, and 26 for conceptual skills. This suggests that I might be better suited for human and technical levels of management.

Behavioural
I scored 40 for task behaviours and 47 for relationship behaviours. This suggests that as a leader, I am more relationship-oriented than I am task-oriented.

Conclusion
I do not have any new information or revelations to consider. Also, I have found nothing challenging with the above results.
