Thanks for the write up about being an ethical leader. Throughout I could see your context coming forth as you spoke about the Asian community.
I was also happy to see that you commented on the monetary value for which we work. This is normally something that is classified in other ways or brush to the sidelines.
Where you made the comment about” In spite of leadership style, being an ethical leader to get trusted from employees is always important, too” (papagena163, 2018). What if you considered restating it as: “We set the tone of the organization as leader’s, it is therefore our responsibility to define the ethical climate and also to model it, so that those we lead can see the value in it. This will help to foster trust. (Jsonhealer, 2018).
The other thing I noticed is that you mentioned about Justice and respect as the two ethical principle that stands out to you. I was please to see the break down of justice which sometimes is defined just within the work place. You gave more depth to the arguments of the it being who the leader is (Northouse, 2019) as the context – cultural background, the environment among other things are brought into play.
