Response to Kamal Badesha response to H21
Healthcare workers are the people who work with strategic time management procedure. Due to the fact that less availability and more responsibility are making them more exhausted every day. In an environment of the hospital, every person seems to be interconnected with each other whether that person is in the administrative department. This makes it very essential to follow transformational servant leadership to maintain the respect of every employee working. As stated by Hughes et. al 2014 “Without a foundation of mutual trust, efforts to shape each other’s thinking will have marginal impact. The team will then be far less likely to make common sense effectively or to collectively embrace bold strategic decisions with the levels of commitment essential to championing them throughout the organization”(p. 183). In my opinion, it is the responsibility of every employee working in organization waiting for the paycheque every week but also think more for the betterment of the organization.

This can be created strategically by practicing transformational servant leadership as understanding their emotions makes a better environment for workers to work with more efficiency and led them to think about the organization more. I totally agree with the fact that frontline staff has more influence than any other person and they can make this change happen in the fastest pace.
